people suck (this includes me)

I am feeling pensive about my counseling appt tomorrow. I really need to work on some deep stuff and my patience is running super thin on the preliminary crap. Partly becasue I am so tired of barely keeping a grip on reality that I want to just crack up just to get it over with. And partly because this particular brand of prelims are almost unnessasary. I can't deal with this woman very well and tomorrow I am having it out with her.
