Livin' it up

Shall we start with my trip up here (Milwaukee)? K and I drove 12 hours, stopping at half the rest stops between here and Kenosha, Wisconsin. It is amazing that we made such good time. K's parents, bother, and sister and their families live in this little town north of Chicago. We stayed at her parents home. It was thrilling to wake up to a cool steady breaze in the morning. Fresh air is quite a novelty. I felt more human within minutes of waking up. The sun was streaming through the windows. Keno (as they call it) is beautiful quaint little town. K brought me here to Milwaukee to see my friend Katie.
